Join us in our efforts to support — locally — CT Breast Health Initiative!

Your donation enables us to continue the fight against breast cancer…until there is a cure. The end of breast cancer begins with research. With each step taken since 2004, we move closer and closer to finding a cure.

The Connecticut Breast Health Initiative, Inc. (CT BHI) is committed to protecting your privacy. Information provided as part of the online giving process will be used by the administrative office for the purpose of ensuring that your contribution is appropriately recorded, processed, tracked, and properly recognized. Personal information contained in the CT BHI databases is used only for CT BHI-related business. The online giving portion of the CT BHI site uses secure server software (SSL) that is an industry standard, and among the best software available today for secure e-commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Most gifts to the CT BHI are tax deductible. If you make a gift online, we will send you a receipt by e-mail immediately after your transaction is completed; please keep this receipt for your records.

Host a Fundraiser

Thank you for your interest in hosting a fundraising event for the Connecticut Breast Health Initiative, Inc. We are appreciative of your commitment to our mission to make a difference locally in the fight against breast cancer through education and research and our efforts in supporting breast cancer research in Connecticut.

In order for your event to run smoothly and to protect us and you, we have a few guidelines that must be followed. Please read the guidelines below and if you wish to host a fundraising event, kindly print and fill out the “Application for CT BHI Fundraiser and/or Special Event” below, and fax (860-827-7105) or email it to us (info@ctbhi.org).

1. You are hosting and responsible for all aspects of the event. If insurance is required, you provide and pay for the insurance as well as any supplies, postage, manpower, etc. that is needed.
2. You may use our name and/or logo in the advertising of your event and during your event once you have filled out the fundraiser application and have executed a contract with us for your event. No other use of our name and/or logo is permitted without our prior written consent.
3. In some instances, CT BHI volunteers may partner and help you with your event. This is decided on a case by case basis.
4. Once your event is considered an approved event, we will notify you and post it on the “Events” page of our website.
